We decarbonise industry for free
EcoMur DFC™ takes CO2 from flue gas and turns it into building materials right on the plant’s site.
The business model
Who pays for a tonne of CO2?
The plant
Gives a corner of its site and its flue gas. Nothing more.
Blocks and panels
The module turns the CO2 into building materials. Their sale covers the capture, the module and the raw materials.
The building
The carbon stays in its walls for the life of the building, 100+ years.
The wall pays for CO2 utilisation. That is the whole business model.
How it works
From the stack to a finished block in four steps

Flue gas from the stack
Flue gas from 10% CO2, no CO2 capture plant needed.

Straw, lime, water
Agricultural residue, quicklime and water are mixed into an even mass.

10 minutes under CO2
The mix is pressed in a mould and the gas passes through it right there. The CO2 binds into the material.

Finished material
A block or a panel, ready to leave the line.
The rest of the gas goes back into the stack. The plant keeps running as before.
Main product
The module: a factory in a container
One module takes in CO2 and turns out building materials. It arrives ready to work and connects to an existing duct.
One module, different materials.
Who we work with
Our customers are factories and builders
Carbon credits are only a bonus on top. The business works without them.
Why now
CO2 has become an opportunity
CBAM and the EU ETS
Europe already charges for the carbon in imports and in its own industry. For a plant, CO2 is no longer abstract. It is a line in the accounts.
The rebuild of Ukraine
Ukraine is rebuilding on its way into the EU. New buildings have to meet EU norms from the start, carbon included.
Tell us about your site and we will tell you if it fits
One short email is enough. Tell us what you produce and roughly how much CO2 leaves the stack.
